Great Ocean Road tour added to TRACK & TARMAC programme

Updated: Sep 3, 2020

The majority of TRACK & TARMAC tours follow roads with a link to tarmac racing. But there was one road so spectacular we couldn’t help but include it in our programme.

We’re talking of course about the iconic Great Ocean Road.

Arguably Australia’s most famous stretch of road, the Great Ocean Road attracts driving enthusiasts from all over the world. This scenic 243km stretch of tarmac winds along Victoria’s rugged Surf Coast from Torquay to Allansford near Warrnambool. Simply, it’s a must-do for any driver.

TRACK & TARMAC offers day trips of the Great Ocean Road that include professional photography, a stop at the major lookouts and sites, and an informative look at the history of this famed tourist road.

There’s also the option to book overnight accommodation at the historic whaling town of Warrnambool on the Saturday night.

Tours depart Anglesea on Saturday morning. The route includes Aireys Inlet, Lorne, Wye River, Kennett River, Apollo Bay, Lavers Hill, Port Campbell and Peterborough.

Pre-bookings can be made now via email. Please contact TRACK & TARMAC for further details.
